Annual registration fee12 000 HUF/year

Creating your Airbnb profile - in english
Taking pictures of the property
Accounting advice
24/7 client support

Our fee is 20% of the monthly income*

which includes the follwing:

Manage arrival of the guests and key exchanges
Professional cleaning between guests
Maintenance of the Airbnb profile and update the pricing daily
Communication with guests
Writing the review after departure

Fixed cost3000 Ft/month/property**
which is a precondition for receiving guests

Includes:

Cleaning and ironing of linens and towels
Liquid soap
Shower gel & Shampoo
Toilet paper
Kitchen towel

Optional services

Welcome pack:
500 Ft/1 guest, which includes the follwing

1 sandwich
1 bottle mineral water (still)

Monthly accounting fee: 10 000 HUF/month

* The payment is wired via the Airbnb system to the client’s bank account in the desired currency (HUF/EUR/USD).
** The service is compulsory in order to host your property
